Cleaning Fee $180. $20/night per guest additional to first two. Security bond deposit $500. All prices subject to seasonal change.

Situated across from the Botanic Gardens on Adelaide’s cultural boulevard, you have everything the city has to offer at your doorstep.

Seconds away from the Fringe hub, and a free tram ride to the Festival Theatre, Adelaide Oval and Convention Centre, you are spoilt for choice of wonderful restaurants, bars and cafes.

Rundle Street and Rundle Mall are a mecca for fashion.

This two bedroom apartment has a truly Parisienne feel.

You can enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink on your own sunny, north-facing balcony.

The ‘Paris’ kitchen has everything that you should need for cooking and dining. There’s a combination microwave oven, two burner induction cooktop and a full dishwasher.

The two bedrooms, neither large (think, Parisienne boutique hotel), have comfortable queen beds and are made up with quality bed linen (sofa bed on request).

One bedroom is en-suite, the other serviced by the main mezzanine bathroom.

The windows facing North Terrace are double-glazed.

Longer term stays of 28 days and more are welcomed.
