Cross the bridge to the Festival Centre, Convention Centre and into the city to Rundle Mall and you are spoilt for choice of restaurants, cafés and bars along O’Connell Street, or across North Terrace into the Peel Street and Leigh Street laneways and small-bar precincts.

This two storey house offers upstairs, the main living and dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you should need for cooking and dining, two bedrooms with Queen beds and a bathroom.

Downstairs are two further bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two singles), another bathroom, and a third WC.

Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.

The entire house is available for guest use.
